What is a monthly active user?
A monthly active user/learner is any individual who signs in to the Traineaze service during the current billing period, including admins. The first time any person accesses Traineaze during the current billing period they become “activated” and count towards your plan limit for that billing period. For example, if you have the 50 active user plan, the first month up to 50 people can access Traineaze. The next month it could be the same 50 people accessing Traineaze or 50 different people (or a mix). So even if you have 500 employees but only anticipate training 50 people per month, the 50 active user plan could work for you.How does the free trial work?
After signing up for the free trial, you will have full access for 14 days. At the end of the trial, if you are not convinced that Traineaze is right for you, simply stop using it – your account will automatically be suspended. Of course, we hope you love Traineaze for all of your online training needs, and in that case, all you need to do is subscribe to the plan of your choice.What if I go over my plan limit?
No problem. We don’t impose a restriction on the amount of learners you can share training with based on your plan size. We simply charge an additional $2.00 for each active user above your plan limit for the month.Can I really cancel at any time?
Absolutely! If you find you are not absolutely thrilled with your Traineaze experience, you can cancel at any time. Once you cancel, your subscription will not auto-renew at the end of the current billing period. You will still be able to use Traineaze until the current billing period ends.Can I change my plan after I subscribe?
Of course! You have the flexibility to upgrade to the next tier or downgrade to a lower at any time. Depending on the number of people you train and the frequency, you’re sure to find a pricing tier that will give you the most for your money.What if I have over 250 users?
